I’ve been using this recipe for 15 years. I randomly discovered the deliciousness of fresh artichokes after a neighbor dropped off a bag of some freshly picked beauties. Right off the bat I was like “what do I do with this thing?”

I taught myself how to prep them correctly and fell in love. A few years later, after climbing the kitchen ladder, I found myself prepping and grilling them to the delight of the dining room at an esteemed restaurant as a Chef. They were a hit from day 1!

Included in this recipe are the intentional instructions on using the Peach Power to heal the hearts of you and your dining room. This recipe is great for anyone trying to heal their heart chakra and energetically dominate medical conditions of the anatomical heart…or simple enjoy some delicious Artichokes.

There’s a reason why we call them Artichoke “hearts”.

Artichokes represent the union of hope and peace in the center of the physical vessel, the heart. When we think about Artichokes we can begin linking them with ‘An Overflow of Prosperity and Love’. Intentionally aligned Artichokes can help access the true energetic of the anatomic heart and chakra center for major healing and balance.

The Heart Chakra is located in the center of the chest extending (at least) 5 miles, yes miles, outside of the physical body. It is the energetic entry point to full body function. The importance of clearing the heart chakra of fear, pain, trauma, shame and resentment is imperative for a healthy mind+body+soul connection. Some heart conditions are reversible and can be re-written within the body template, each body is unique and worthy of intentional healing.

I’ve had multiple clients in the past with diagnosed heart issues. Once we began the intentional healing work, we witnessed those heart issues dissipate through the clearing and healing of old wounds.

We had intentionally healed decades of heart diagnoses.

The human body is self-healing, it is up to us to command it’s power and direct it’s energy. If we can integrate this knowledge and set our intention to heal our hearts + blood while enjoying this delicious flowering vegetable, in time, we can begin to heal our homes, families and communities.
