Let’s Eat!
This easy light meal is perfect for those spring/summer nights when you feel like something light and full-flavored. It satisfies and works well for those weekend afternoon guests. When you need an energetic boost from all that time in the sun, chasing your children around or just the day-to-day grind, this intentional meal will balance you out: mind + body + spirit.
The ingredients in this dish work on an energetic and physical level to bridge in a heady, light-hearted energy for those whimsical get-togethers with friends and family, or even a quick Tuesday night.
Each ingredient has a specific energetic signature that corresponds with the physical body. Knowing how these ingredients interact during the cooking process while intentionally directing their frequencies is what weaves together this powerful tapestry of healing.
In this dish, we stack (see what I did there) the below ingredients, along with their power centers.
Main Ingredients: Energetics + Vitamins + Nutrients
Chicken breast- communication, muscle function, brain health
Eggplant- consciousness, wisdom, focus, heart health, reduce inflammation, fiber, potassium, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6
Cherry Tomatoes- identity alignment, safety + security, immunity, hair-skin-nail health
Artichoke Hearts- emotional balance, fertility, regulate blood pressure, heart health, liver health, folate, vitamin K
Dill- abundance, heart and mind balance, protects against negative energy
Lemon Juice- alchemical super liquid- removes negative intentions directed at you/your home, packed with Vitamin C and soluble fiber
Worcestershire Sauce- supports the individual path, immunity, vitamin B6, helps to build red blood cells.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil- Ignites joy + faith, purification of emotional + mental densities, rich in antioxidants, eases inflammation, omega-3, heart healthy fat.
Parmesan Cheese- grated- solidifies energetic intention signature, naturally lactose free, Calcium, Phosphorus, Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, and Vitamin A.
Organic Brown Rice and Quinoa Penne Pasta - Shifting out old behavioral patterns, stabilizing new neurological pathways, lowers cholesterol, smooths digestion, reduces inflammation, supports good gut bacteria.
After the initial intentions are set on the ingredients, it’s time to season your chicken!
Light Up Your Chicken
Dice your chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with the following:
Paprika - ignites sexual life-force energy, passion, goal orientation
Cayenne Pepper - cleans bloodstream, promotes healthy heart function, relationship-healing, faithfulness.
Chili Powder - increases fertility and creative power, restores sexual passion, lowers cholesterol, improves blood circulation, helps alleviate physical pain.
Garlic Powder - legitimately wards off energy vampires, lowers blood glucose levels, supports liver function.
Fresh Minced Garlic - provides more energy vampire protection including certain bugs: mosquitoes, gnats, etc….blood suckers be gone!
Salt + Black Pepper - supports the barrier between you and the intentions set by industrial farming, corporations and systematically-introduced viruses — I said what I said.
Energetically Dominate Death Energy
*you can do this with any store-bought protein*
Give your chicken bites a nice loving rub while setting the intentions on these spices. Thank the chicken for its life-force energy and transmute any pain or trauma it may have absorbed during its preparation for packaging. Delete all energetics held from chicken plants.
Let the chicken soak up these spices (15-20 mins) while you put together the ingredients for your Parmesan-Dill Sauce.
Combine the following ingredients in a mixing bowl and let the energetics mingle for 5-10 minutes:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese - grated
Lemon Juice
Dill - Fresh is best, freeze dried is fine
Worcestershire Sauce
The Cooking Process
Grab your favorite large skillet and heat on med-high heat.
Drizzle a little olive oil on the pan and add your veggies in two steps:
First, add your diced eggplant. Let the oils from the eggplant begin to flavor the pan. Sauté about 3 minutes, stirring as necessary. (While your eggplant is sizzling, it’s a good idea to start your pasta water. Fill a medium-sized pot with water, a pinch of salt, butter or olive oil and bring to a boil on another burner. This is part of your pasta prep!)
Second, add the cherry tomatoes and diced artichoke hearts to your sizzling eggplant. Let the juice from the tomatoes and artichoke mingle with your eggplant oils.—we’re building flavor here!
If you haven’t already started your pasta water, now’s the time!
When the skins on the tomatoes begin to wilt, remove veggies from pan. Set aside in a bowl.
Is your water boiling? YES! Add your pasta. This will take about 13-15 minutes to cook. Stir occasionally to keep from getting sticky and clumping. I personally don’t enjoy this pasta al dente because of the brown rice base, but you do you.
Return pan to stove on med-high heat and add in another drizzle of oil.
Add in your diced and spiced chicken breast and let sizzle. This one-pan process ensures the intentions placed on the vegetables are now weaving together with the intentions placed on the chicken.
Give your chicken a good sear and sizzle. About 3-5 minutes, they do not need to be fully cooked at this stage.
Reduce heat to low. Cover.
When chicken has been seared to satisfaction, add your precooked veggies back to the pan and smother with your Parmesan Dill Sauce and let simmer on low. The sauce will look loose and a little swampy and that’s a really good thing.
*Remember you will be tossing this in with your penne pasta.*
Add your cooked, drained and rinsed Organic Brown Rice and Quinoa Penne pasta to the pan, quickly toss, COVER PAN and turn the stove off.
Let the deliciousness sit together and make nice while you go get a fresh block of parmesan (or your favorite cheese) from the fridge for finishing.
Enjoy your Parmesan-Dill Chicken Penne!
Option #1 for those who LOVE spicy: Finish with Sriracha sauce or your favorite hot sauce. Just make sure you set your intention during this step as well.
Option #2 - Side Dish - To prepare this as a delicious side dish, simply omit the chicken.
Option #3 - Pasta Salad- Prepare as directed, with or without chicken. Cover with plastic wrap (or place in airtight container) and chill in fridge for 1-2 hours for a light pasta salad side.
