When someone mentions blah blah Turkey Burgers blah, do you even care?
Well, I kinda don’t. I’m already bored.
This intentional recipe challenged my boredom and won!
In the natural world turkeys are a strong symbol of abundance and sharing that abundance with your tribe. It’s why we eat them on Thanksgiving…even though it was a massacre that day and the whole holiday means little to nothing in my opinion but…I digress.

Turkey burgers tend to be dry, under-seasoned, and underwhelming replacements for the juicy beef we love (love to hate or hate to love). This recipe was inspired by this theory. I wanted a burger, badly. So, I had a little conversation with myself. I said, “Self, how do we make this turkey burger juicy and flavorful enough to satisfy our craving for its beefy + delicious grandfather!” Don’t act like you don’t talk to yourself too.
I knew I had my beef quota for the month but the craving for something juicy on a toasty bun was becoming louder and louder. More importantly, I wanted something to eat that I could transmute some heavy energies with. My verbal communication skills had been fumbling lately with the balancing of these cosmic Taurus-Gemini alignments and, to be honest, I’ve been a little off-kilter.
Enter the Pear and Pepper Jack T-Burger!
Now, these boys are big! Think 8-10oz patties, chock full of diced pears, raw onions and spices smothered in melty Pepper Jack cheese with the appropriate accoutrements. You can make them smaller if desired, just remember to cut down your grill time so they don’t dry out.
The trick here is to treat the turkey like delicate bread dough. Easy does it! The way we handle turkey is the deciding factor between a tough or juicy end result. I prefer to get in there and mix with my hands rather than using a fork or a spoon for textural control.
Pro Tip- if it looks/feels like mush, it’s going to be tough.
You are the one in charge of how much force is used. Using your hands when mixing also sends the intention through the protein with your own Peach Powerful touch.
For the vegan and gluten free tribe in the building, the substitutions are easy-peezy! Vegan cheese, vegan mayo, impossible meat/black bean burger mix, GF breadcrumbs, and GF buns will do this intentional recipe justice.

Grocery List
1.5 lbs Turkey Ground
Mayonnaise (sub vegan if desired)
Plain Breadcrumbs (sub GF if desired)
Brioche Burger Buns (sub GF if desired)
1 Bartlett Pear
1 Red Onion
1 Garlic Bulb
Chili Powder
Oregano
Paprika
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Measurements
Yield 4, 8 - 10 oz Burgers
1.5 lbs Turkey- Ground (vegan- sub impossible meat/black bean burger mix)
¼ C Mayo
¼ C Breadcrumbs
¼ C Red Onion- raw, minced
½ Bartlett Pear- small dice
1 T Oregano- dried
1 tsp Garlic- fresh, minced
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Chili Powder
Salt + Pepper- to taste
Preparation Command
Take a deep breath and ground yourself. The world is in a hurry, but you are not.
Connect with your Peach Power with 5 deep breaths while tapping your stomach, right above your belly button with the first two fingers on your right hand. Speak your command with sovereign authority. No energy on this Earth can override your true sovereign authority.

Out loud in a full voice is the best and most powerful way to set your intentions.
“I command the removal of all external energies off of my ingredients from corporate entities, farming, transportation, personnel and storage. I am a sovereign and natural human. I own my power. I own my health. I own my wealth.”
Now, check in with your body and your surroundings.
How do you feel? Is there a resistance? Is there a phone ringing, car honking or child crying? The first time you make this command you may feel a pressure, distraction or resistance. It’s just the old intentional energetics trying to intimidate you in your new power. Know that you hold the power to override this feeling.
Repeat command as needed.
Pear and Pepper Jack T-Burger
Intentional Instructions
1. Intention: “I set my intention for clear connection and communication with the earth and my tribe. I listen with grace and speak my truth.”
In Large Mixing Bowl, break up 1.5 lbs ground Turkey.
2. Intention: “I set my intention to ignite self-worth, gratitude for material gains and energetic protection for myself and my tribe. I am/we are worthy of safety and protection.”
Mince 1 tsp garlic and ¼ C. Red (purple) Onion. Set aside in mise en place.
3. Intention: “I set my intention for a deeper connection with my body. I hold kindness and grace for myself and my tribe. I am/We are fertile with new energy.”
Small dice ½ Bartlett Pear in ¼” cubes. Set aside in mise en place.
4. Intention: “I set my intention for new opportunities, good fortune, passion, forward movement and creative power. I am/we are designing our destiny right now.”
Measure ¼ C mayo, ¼ C plain breadcrumbs, 1T oregano, 2 Tsp paprika, 2 tsp chili powder, salt + pepper. Set aside in mise en place.
5. Add seasonings, diced pears, mayo and breadcrumbs to ground Turkey all at once. Slowly and lightly mix with hands until fully distributed. Let sit 10-12 minutes for flavors and intentions to mingle.
6. Heat grill pan/skillet on Medium High heat, lightly oil pan. For outside grill, heat to 400°, they will cook faster on gas/charcoal grill.
7. Dig into your Turkey mixture with bare hands. Create a softball size ball for each burger, place on foil or parchment paper. With palm of hand press down through the center of each ball and shape into patties.
8. Place patties on grill, with two fingers lightly press down in center of patties. Lower to medium heat and grill 4 minutes/side. For smaller burgers start with 2 minutes per side.
9. When burgers have been flipped and are 95% done, add 1 slice Pepper Jack Cheese to each patty. Turn stove off. They will finish cooking off heat while melting cheese.
10. Dress up your Pear and Pepper Jack T-Burger Buns with ketchup/mustard, LTO, pickles, red onion and avocado.
Serve with French fries, chips, salad, etc. Make this burger as fancy or simple as you want. You hold the Peach Power!
