Blue turns purple
Blueberries have been used for healing in villages since the beginning of human civilization. With a strong resonance to speech, it is a go-to for anyone struggling with being heard or speaking truth to power. From a more ethereal perspective, they can be helpful to intentionally calm a child (or an adult) the morning after a horrible nightmare or in the very beginnings of a tantrum. Filled with antioxidants and all sorts of ‘good-for-you’ purple juice, this superfood supports diminishing negative thought patterns and behaviors.
Peach Powerful Pro-Tip: Eating blueberries in sets of seven (7) can aid in spiritual practices such as astral projection, dream-weaving, inter-dimensional travel, hypnosis and meditation.

I paired this wonderful berry with a traditional oatmeal sweetened with honey and garnished with banana slices. One of my favorite morning meals since my elementary school days. Yes, I cooked my own breakfast back then too. A quick and easy meal with a stick-to-your-ribs promise that ‘today will be better’.
You deserve to be heard and respected for your voice.
Whether the expressive medium is through writing, song, public speaking, podcasting, YouTubing etc. the proof is in the pudding when it comes to the intentional power of the blueberry.
Growing up, we had raspberry and strawberry bushes in our back yard. They were constantly blooming under the California sun. When my sister and I wanted our purple oatmeal, my mother would have to fit a grocery trip into her already insanely busy IBM schedule to fulfill our blueberry quota. On my favorite days she would take me with her. I loved those trips!
I had no idea what powerful tools for self-healing these berries were back then. These days I often reminisce on those grocery adventures with mom. She showed me how to spot the best berries because, and I quote, she was “not about to pay for any bullshit produce.”
She’d say “Make sure you watch out for the moldy ones, they spread to the others”, “If they are even the tiniest bit wrinkly, they won’t last long, and we don’t want to waste a dime in here.”
I would spend my time during these joyful adolescent excursions inspecting each container for wrinkles and mold. When I found my favorite of the bunch, I would bring it back to my mother for purchase with a big toothy grin. I loved these little pockets of purple juice.
Since then, I have intentionally brought the blueberry to every dish I could in my professional career. From cakes to sauces to ice creams and salads, I sprinkled that blueberry good-good everywhere.
This a simple dish that can help bridge intentional words into intentional actions throughout your day. It can also help in diminishing the all-powerful fear of saying “No.” It is a whole sentence after all.
Let’s dig into this easy and delicious morning meal.
Main Ingredient Energetics + Nutrients + Vitamins

Milk- (dairy/non-dairy) – supports internal faith and belief system shifts, connection to mother energy (both dairy and plant based), initiates new life energy for confidence building, abundance and vitality, calcium, Phosphorus, vitamin B12, zinc, selenium, iodine
Grocery List
Old Fashioned Oats
Milk of choice- I used Coconut Milk
Blueberries- fresh or frozen
Honey
Sea Salt
1 Banana
Measurements
Yield- 2 servings
½ C Old Fashioned Oats- I’m not about that ‘quick oats’ life
1 C Milk/Nut Milk/Coconut Milk- I used Coconut Milk
¼ C Blueberries
1T Honey
½ t Sea Salt
½ Banana
Optional: Sprinkle flax seeds, chia seeds on top for extra nutrients.
Preparation and Intentional Cooking Process
Take a deep breath and ground yourself. The world is in a hurry, but you are not.
Connect with your Peach Power with 5 deep breaths while tapping your stomach, right above your belly button with the first two fingers on your right hand. Speak your command with sovereign authority. No energy on this Earth can override your true sovereign authority.
Preparation Command:
Out loud in a full voice is the best and most powerful way to set your intentions.
“I command the removal of all external energies off of my ingredients from corporate entities, farming, transportation, personnel and storage. No hooks. No cords. I am a sovereign and natural human. I own my power. I own my health. I own my wealth.”
Now, check in with your body and your surroundings.
How do you feel? Is there a resistance? Is there a phone ringing, car honking or child crying? The first time you make this command you may feel a pressure, distraction or resistance. It’s just the old intentional energetics trying to intimidate you in your new power. Know that you hold the power to override this feeling.
Repeat command as needed.
Purple Oatmeal Recipe
1. Intention: “I set my intention to nurture the power of my voice and support this new beginning. I speak life into my reality and am protected against all looking to lower my immune system.”
In a small sauce pot combine milk, honey, sea salt, and blueberries to a boil. The milk will turn purple. It is best to set intention at this purple stage.
2. Intention: “I set my intention to approach my day with a calm center. I choose peace in this new beginning.”
Reduce heat to low and remove pot from heat. Stir in oats. Return to heat, cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally until cooked to textural preference. I cook mine longer for a softer texture ~15 minutes, adding in additional milk along the way.
3. Intention: “I set my intention to anchor my willpower with my voice. I am the writer of my future and I speak power to it now.”
Slice ½ a banana into ¼ inch pieces for garnish and addition intentional power.
4. When cooked to textural preference pour into bowls for serving. Garnish with fresh banana slices.
