I made a different smoothie for lunch today. One day, I may follow your directions.

Mine had nigella seeds, chia seeds, banana, ground nuts including pecans, walnuts and pistachio in macadamia and almond milk… I added a variety of smoothie powder mixes plus some turmeric/ ginger juice I had already prepared plus some ground orange peels, and a shot of aloe Vera juice. I may have forgotten something. However, it was very pleasant and nutritious.
