I’ve stopped eating mammal now but some of it sneaks into my supplements.

Actually, I feel grateful that I ate meat as a child and teenager and then again from about age 40-64 or so… maybe longer… but now I feel like LOTS OF FRUIT AND VEGGIES AND A LITTLE chicken, turkey, fish, eggs and dairy is enough and I don’t need mammal flesh.

I feel super-healthy on many levels and no one believes I turn 74 on June 1st.

Hi Lasita! That’s great! Go ahead with your happy! I know a lot of people are on the same page with you and that’s awesome. I’m speaking about using beef and the density of death energy with intention to clear generational genetics and reverse the aging process by deleting DNA codes, through intention. This is an ancient alchemical process of connecting through the earth for higher levels of consciousness, personal power and life force. It actually helps to transmute death energy from the planet altogether if done in accordance with this ancestral alchemical healing. My parents are both healing backwards as well and they’re in their 70s. I understand this message isn’t for everyone and I appreciate you being here! 💜🍑

I would say the obvious, dark leafy greens, fruits and vegetables with something dense like beef. The energetics of beef, when used intentionally, can transmute the sickness from being there in the first place and keep it from coming back. Bone broths are really good for this too as ‘water remembers.’ This is ancestral healing as well so any generational health issues can be targeted and transmuted over time through this process.

Animals give us the most beautiful sacrifice —death so we can sustain our healthy bodies. We eat grass fed organic beef three times a week. During my bodybuilding and fitness days I always notice day of change in my health and energy when I ate a good quality red meat. I look forward to this recipe! Thank you so much!
