I cook everyday. I'm a forager, hunter, fisherman, gardener, all of it. I like to ingest the beauty of the earth in so many ways. Food is the foundation. It's gnarly to go to the store and look at the folks and their carts. Not all of them, but most. Man, it don't look good out there. It took a lot of work to get this bad. And yes, there's a lot positive going on. Flavor, in all senses of the word, is important. For me, America is now almost flavorless. Luckily I have some wild and delicious friends. And I know there are more, but geez... I cook every night to music. Lately we've been doing a really early light dinner, man my body works good when I do. I've been making almost tapas style bits and pieces and putting em on a cutting board. no plates. we stand and eat and talk and listen. it's super pleasant. not so many friend folks close by right now so we do the ritual ourselves usually putting on funky salsa, samba, and other flavorful, lively music. i make most everything from scratch save for baked things, I'm not much of a baker as of yet. I ferment my own vegetables. my friend put my peppers into his popular restaurant in ojai california. Papa's Peppers! Man they're delicious. I love it all, as long as it's real. Yup, food is the foundation and cooking brings it further. if people don't start getting wild and smart about food soon i figure we're doomed to the WEF agendas and all that other horse shit. Long live the natural free human beings and all delicious life! Cheers.
Hi! Thanks for stopping by. Congrats on your peppers getting the love they deserve! Hell yes! I love the natural world in all its goodness! Loved your fishing post! Im new to fishing but my partner and I believe it's a life skill every natural human being should have. I always make sure to ask Mama Earth if I can harvest from her waters ahead of time. I come from generations of Mississippi farmers so it's my duty to speak about what it means to be an alchemical Chef. They be kitchen witches haha. I started cooking when I was 7 and ended up a restaurant Pastry Chef in Philadelphia. The ViD got me outta the restaurant life...thank god. Now, my mission is to connect as many people to the natural power they have over the bullshit energetic infestation that surrounds everything we call "edible". We can energetically dominate it, that way no ones agenda can override our power. I healed my mothers terminal cancer with my Peach Power. Ill share the story here one of these days, it's on my website if ya dig. MUSIC...don't get me started. I'm a songwriter and jazz vocalist and love me a good samba! That convo is for another day though. Foraging is badass man....that's on my list of things to master in life. Edible forest anyone?! Thanks again for commenting and I look forward to learning from each other :-)
